Best Places to Work

Cardinal Bank has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in Greater Washington in the Washington Business Journal’s third annual awards program. Cardinal Bank was one of 50 companies selected for the award and one of 15 in the “Large Companies with Local Headquarters”. It was the only local bank to receive an award.

Candidates for the Best Places to Work award had to be nominated by an employee, followed by a survey that other employees were asked to complete. More than 100 Cardinal Bank employees participated in the survey.
